Terms and conditions for CCTV installations and electronic repairs.
* Legal and beneficial title to goods shall remain with the company until such time as the company has received full payment of the quoted price.
* We reserve the right to remove equipment we have installed in the event we have not been paid, or the entity that contracted us can not pay, or becomes bankrupt, or fails to pay for any other reason.
*On full payment title of the goods shall pass to the customer.
* We reserve the right to change supply partners, countries of origin, and substitute products as required from time to time to evolve our products constantly, and thus enabling continuity of supply.. Our supply partners both local and internationally are vetted, and supply to our design and specifications.
* Our extended team consist of subcontractors with specialist skills, and other trained professionals.
* All work is strictly payment on completion.
*CCTV systems and alarms will be set up on a temporary soft wear licence which will last for 7 days. After 7 days if you have not made final payment then the system will shut down.
* If you access the settings, or engineers menu during the warranty period this will automatically void your warranty.
* If you lose your phone or upgrade your phone during the warranty period, we will attempt to help you with our phone support, however if you require an onsite visit (service call) to reset the app this will not fall under the warranty as it is a change that was created by you and it is not a fault condition but a change in your circumstances.
*If you request a service call then refuse to pay for a service call this will be handed to our legal team for collection enforcement and will result in court action to recover outstanding amounts, increased legal costs, and damage to your credit rating.
Any outstanding monies owed will result in a freeze on your warranty while an outstanding debt is due.
* Be advised we retain media lawyers who monitor online reviews, comments, and information. If you leave a malicious review with a view to damaging our business our lawyers have instructions to sue for damages and will pursue any entity, person, business for the publication of malicious information placed online.
* If you request a service call, then you refuse to pay for that service call then all your warranty will be frozen until you pay outstanding amounts.
* All service calls booked by a client must be paid for on completion of the call.
* In the unlikely even you do not proceed with your repair a minimum labour fee will apply, this is also the diagnostic fee.
* The repair warranty is 30 days on the section of your TV we repaired. IE if we fixed your picture and then your sound failed, this is not the same fault.
* To cover storage and handling costs we reserve the right to auction goods after 3 months if either the customer has claimed them after notification
or or customer fails to us on whether or not they wish to proceed with the repair.
* Notification may be by any means, phone, text, email, postage. If you fail to communicate or we can not establish instructions then terms and conditions apply.
* Myelectronicstec.com will take every care in the transport of your goods, however no liability will be accepted what so ever for goods damaged during transit to or from your home, and in between when emergency braking, pot holes, other drivers mistakes could cause damage to your goods.
*It is your responsibility to take out insurance on your goods to cover the said above events.
* If we need to remove your TV screen during your repair, you accept , and understand that the screen can disintegrate due to the manufacturer using anti tamper bonding methods to stop you having your TV repaired. We accept no liability if the manufacturer has used anti tamper bonding methods.
* If you live in a CAZ zone your job will incur a £10 pound charge per visit from pick up to delivery to be paid on your behalf to local government who are enforcing CAZ zones. We have no control over this and you should complain to your local council for raising these taxes.
